Referrals and Opening Timeline
The Phoenix House is preparing to open. Much of the groundwork is complete, and we are working through the DBHDS licensing process. We currently anticipate opening in late 2026 or early 2027, subject to licensing and operational readiness.
If you are a discharge planner or other referral partner and believe The Phoenix House may be a good fit for a young person in your care, we welcome an early conversation. This gives us time to learn about the young person’s needs and discuss whether our program may be appropriate.
As we prepare to open, we will maintain a list of interested referral partners and potential referrals. We anticipate having four spaces available at opening, with two additional spaces planned approximately six months later. Placement decisions will depend on licensure, program readiness, individual needs, and availability.
We will share updates as our opening date becomes clearer and work with referral partners and families to plan a thoughtful transition.

Finding the right setting takes a conversation. Phoenix House is developing a small, relationship-centered residential program for adolescent boys who need coordinated behavioral health and developmental support. We welcome inquiries from families and referral partners.
